What we collect
When you join or contact us we collect your name, email address, mobile number if you give one, the life changes you select, and your message preferences. When you buy a plan, our payment processor collects your payment details; we don't store full card numbers. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
- To send the checklists, reminders and messages you asked for
- To provide and bill for plans you purchase
- To answer your questions and improve our guides
- To send marketing messages, only if you opted in to them
Text messaging
We use your mobile number only to send messages you consented to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Bridgepoint Guide (such as our messaging platform, email provider, payment processor and hosting), who may use it only to provide those services, or when required by law. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email and from texts by replying STOP. To access, correct or delete your information, email info@bridgepointguide.com.
Children
Bridgepoint Guide is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
