Is it really free?
Yes. The text program is free. Paid options like Bridgepoint Plus and the Fresh Start Kit are optional and never required.
How many texts will I get?
Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help.
Can I sign up with just my email?
Yes. Leave both text boxes unchecked on the join page and we'll send everything by email.
Do you sell or share my phone number?
No. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Are you a counseling or legal service?
No. We share general information and reminders. For advice about your situation, talk with a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.
How do I cancel Bridgepoint Plus?
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
